Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Bald Head Island is a private island, accessible only by boat or ferry. You will leave your vehicle behind and use the golf carts provided at the home.
  • Tram reservations are needed in advance. Please see BHI Ferry’s website (www.baldheadisland.com/island/ferry) for pricing info and to secure your tram reservation.
  • Self Check-in/Check-out is available.

Property Access

  • 2 golf carts (6 seater, 4 seater) are provided for guest use.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • No pets allowed at this property.
  • Maximum Occupancy: 8 occupants. Children must be counted within the maximum occupancy unless they are under the age of two (2) and are sleeping in a crib.
  • Minimum age to rent: 25 years. The tenant stated on the Agreement/Booking must be at least 25 years of age and must occupy the property during the entire tenancy.
  • No events or parties allowed.
  • If determined that a party/event is taking place at the property, management has the right to evict tenants and guests with no refund given.
  • If determined that a party took place on any of the nights reserved, the reservation guest will be charged $500, no exceptions.
  • No uninvited guests without permission.
  • Manager and owner of the rental property are not responsible for citations received while staying at the property.
  • Be respectful of the house and contents. Respect the neighbors and neighborhood.
  • Top bunks are for kids only.
  • Beds are all made with clean linens upon your arrival.
